Climb On
Rock climbing has been ingrained in my life for as long as I can remember, literally, before I could even walk I was already climbing. My parents told me that I had learned how to climb out of my crib before I could take my first steps, and that energy never faded. As I grew, so did my passion for the sport. I started competitively climbing under USA Climbing, training and competing regionally, earning awards, and turning what started as a hobby into a serious pursuit. After retiring from the comp scene, I shifted my focus to coaching and youth development, helping build and expand climbing programs in multiple gyms. Seeing a younger generation fall in love with the sport the same way I did has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.
